•Please be aware that all products are made in a kitchen that handles various allergens, therefore your order cannot be guaranteed to be free from traces of the following; eggs, milk, soya, food colourings, various nuts and peanuts. We advise that you ask for a full ingredients list or any other information you may require before you place an order if you have an allergy, intolerance, dietary need or any other requirements.
Our treats are posted with Royal Mail 24/48 and can take up to 7 days to arrive. Due to the current situation there may be slight delays but we are working hard to ensure your treats arrive with you as quickly and as safely as possible. We ship Tuesday – Friday. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Tuesdays. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds / replacements once you’re package has been dispatched with Royal Mail. Please ensure that the postage details you enter are correct. If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, you will still be charged as all items are made fresh to order.
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from.
We work super hard to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can.
•For click and collect option
We recommend that prior to collecting your cake your car is kept as cool as possible, therefore no heating before hand/ on the way in winter time (sorry!) and keep the air con on if it’s a warm day. Our cakes are created using buttercream and will melt if not kept cool. Your cake will need to be stored in the passenger side of the car on the floor in the footwell. This is the best way to ensure your cake is flat for the journey and can be kept cool with the air con blowing cool air into the footwell. Once we hand our cakes over to you they are in your trusty hands and should you follow our above steps on how to transport and store the cake everything will be fine! Please note that we give these instructions for a reason and cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may happen once the cake has left our premises.
•If you’re being super generous and buying someone else a Get Caked Gift Voucher, please make sure you get their email address correct! If you get it wrong and the Gift Voucher is emailed to someone else who uses it, there’s not much we can do. Check, double check and even triple check before you buy it.
Speaking of emails, spam filters send our emails into junk or spam folders. So, if you’ve not been thanked for your generous gift, it’s worth giving them a nudge because there might be something wonderful waiting for them in their junk or spam folder!
Gift vouchers bought with UK as the browsing country will expire 1 year from the date of receipt.
Get Caked reserves the right to cancel any Gift Vouchers in its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.
•Designs and styles are changing all the time. We love getting creative and mixing things up in the kitchen! Please be aware that everything is made my hand in our Bakehouse so may not be identical to the images shown.
•We reserve the right to not accept or process an order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been debited, we will notify you by email and refund you in full.
•We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website (including our Ts&Cs) at any time.
•Get Caked owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
You’re also not allowed to use the Get Caked logo or trade mark (or any marks which are similar) without our express permission.

Click & Collect Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order there will be a 24 hour period where you can cancel free of charge. Thereafter, a deposit charge will be deducted from the refund amount of 40% of the total amount. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of collection.
