How do I place an order?

You can place an order via our click & collect service. You can select your preferred date via the calendar button drop down at the checkout and add a personalised topper if required. If you are looking for something personalised or specific we take orders online via email, instagram or Facebook! Contact us in any way that suits you best. To speed up the order process, include the date you would like to collect your cake, the style of cake/ flavour cake you would like to order and if you have any special requirements eg. Personalised toppers. Full payment is taken to secure your date. If this is not paid then the date is not secure and we cannot guarantee your slot. The more information given in the first message the better, as we can then provide a price quote and payment information straight away and get the slot secured.

I've got a dietary requirement or food allergy/intolerance can you help me?

We offer gluten free cakes, cupcakes and cheesecakes. We also offer vegan cupcakes. However please be aware that all products are made in a kitchen that handles various allergens, therefore your order cannot be guaranteed to be free from traces of the following; eggs, milk, soya, food colourings, various nuts and peanuts. We advise that you ask for a full ingredients list or any other information you may require before you place an order if you have an allergy, intolerance, dietary need or any other requirements.

Click & Collect: How do I transport my cake to my event/home

We recommend that prior to collecting your cake your car is kept as cool as possible, therefore no heating before hand/ on the way in winter time (sorry!) and keep the air con on if it’s a warm day. Our cakes are created using buttercream and will melt if not kept cool. Your cake will need to be stored in the passenger side of the car on the floor in the footwell. This is the best way to ensure your cake is flat for the journey and can be kept cool with the air con blowing cool air into the footwell. Once we hand our cakes over to you they are in your trusty hands and should you follow our above steps on how to transport and store the cake everything will be fine! Please note that we give these instructions for a reason and cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may happen once the cake has left our premises.

How many flavours can I choose for my cake?

If you are ordering a one tier cake there is one flavour option. All of our flavours are available to browse through on our website page titled ‘Products & Flavours’. We do however offer different buttercream options for your cakes. If you'd like to mix a chocolate sponge with a white chocolate buttercream for example. Personalised cupcake boxes can include up to 3 different flavours for a box of 6 and up to 4 flavours for a box of 12/16.

Is the shop open everyday?

We are not open everyday. At the moment our Bakehouse is a pre order collection point only, however we do have our Bake Box in Swansea City Centre open Tuesday - Saturday from 10:30am - 4:00pm, Llanelli Parc Trostre open Tuesday - Saturday 11:30am-6pm, Sunday 11:30am-5pm and Cardiff City Centre Monday - Saturday 8:30am-8pm, Sunday 11:00am-5pm for you to purchase all of your favourite treats. We may extra treats available at the bakehouse that you can order at short notice - Keep an eye on our social media for information each week or pop us a message! It never hurts to ask..

Can I pay by card?

We take all major credit and debit cards via our website and in store.

Delivery/Postal

Our treats are posted with Royal Mail 24/48 and can take up to 7 days to arrive. Due to the current situation there may be slight delays but we are working hard to ensure your treats arrive with you as quickly and as safely as possible. We ship Monday - Friday. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds / replacements once you’re package has been dispatched with Royal Mail. Please ensure that the postage details you enter are correct. If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, you will still be charged as all items are made fresh to order.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order there will be a 24 hour period where you can cancel free of charge. Thereafter, a deposit charge will be deducted from the refund amount of 40% of the total amount. We reserve the right to not accept or process an order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been debited, we will notify you by email and refund you in full.
